"easy read" loved this book, even if it did take me a while to finish,not because i couldnt get into it but with 2 kids who dont like mummy having her time! eveytime i picked it back up, usually during feed times i could easily carry on where i left it. Brill easy read!
with fantastic tips and advice this book covers getting back into shape after pregnancy by combining nutrition and exercise routines with the focus on losing baby-weight safely and successfully. It also focuses on how to find the time, energy and motivation to get going and keep going and rebuild self-confidence.
i would recommend this book to any mums out there who want a lighthearted read and those also wanting top tips and advice.
