| Chicken and Brocolli Pastry Ring by VickielovesRohan |

| Ingredients: |

500g of chicken breast,cut into pieces
5 medium sized brocolli florets
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 red pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp of dijon mustard
Some Gruyere or edam cheese
Mayonnaise
Ready made croissant dough (can be bought in cans from most supermarkets) |

| Method: |
Fry the chicken until just cooked through
chop up all garlic, brocolli and pepper and add to the chicken
Add the mustard, then 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
Mix well in a bowl and put to the side while you prep the dough.
DOUGH
Open the can and cut each strip of dough from top left hand corner to bottom right (to make a triangle shape)
Place the strips of dough on a baking tray to form a "star" shape (the pointy edges facing outwards)
spoon out the mixture into the pastry, and fold the dough over the top, creating a "ring"
Grate the cheese over the top
Place in the oven for around 20-25 mins, gas mark 5 |
