6 good quality sausages
1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper
1 onion
some peas
chopped carrot
chopped mushrooms
mild chili powder
Gravy |

| Method: |
Grill the sausages lightly
Place them in an ovenproof dish and add in all chopped veg
Mix chili powder with gravy granules to desired consistency. Add as much/little chili as you like
Pour over sausage and veg, cover with kitchen foil, cook in the oven for around 45 mins depending on your oven.
