Lentil and Veg Soup by VickielovesRohan
Serves:  
 
Ingredients:
5 Carrots
5 tbsp lentils
1 onion
half swede
1 veg stock cube
 
Method:

Bring to the boil one large pan of water
Crumble stock cube in
Put lentils in and stir
Chop all veg and put in

Bring to the boil again, and then simmer for around 40 mins or until the veg is soft. Then puree to a smooth consistency or little less to leave lumps in
 
Tip:
Serve with a warm buttered muffin. This freezes well.
 
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 40 mins
