Easy CHEAP Muffins!! by logansmummy
Serves:  12

Ingredients:
2 x Sponge Mixes (Smart Price from Asda work really well)
2 x Eggs
Water as directed on packets

Other flavourings, spices, chocolate, Icing, etc.

Method:
Follow the instructions on the packet, Mix BOTH packs together, this is enough for 12 BIG Muffins!
I have a Fan Oven and they take 12 minutes usually, but with any baking YOU MUST PREHEAT YOUR OVEN!!!

I have added some Vanilla Essence, then when they are cooled, I put Dream Topping in them and did them like Butterfly cakes.

I've also added:

Sultanas or Raisins (make sure that you toss these in flour before you add them or they sink to the bottom)
Cherries
Lemon Flavouring and some Ginger Spice is REALLY nice!
Cocoa Powder makes the Chocolate ones, I put Melted Galaxy on top of these, they are Scrummy!
Cranberries and Mixed Spice are nice at Christmas!

You can add practically ANYTHING really. If you add a bit of powdered stuff like Cocoa, add a splash of milk aswell to get the texture back!

Tip:
Let your imagination run WILD!!!!!
