Veggie Lasagna by Op303
Serves:  
 
Ingredients:
Garden Peas
Sweetcorn
1/2 onion
Chopped Mushrooms
Chopped Plum Tomato's
Tomato Puree
Mixed Herbs
Sheets of Pasta
Cheese Sauce
Chedder
 
Method:
Pop in a the choppes mushrooms & onion on a medium heat 3 mins later add two handfuls of peas, sweetcorn, then add two cans of plum tommies and a teaaspoon of purée then add a small amount of herbs for extra flavour.

Once everything is mixed up and warm pop some mixture into the bottom of a baking dish then spread out to evenly cover the bottom then add the pasta sheets and on top of that the cheese sauce again spreading evenly. Then repeat until mixture has run out then top off the last layer of cheese sauce with grated cheeder. Put in the oven for approx 35-45 mins until cheese is golden brown.
 
Tip:
You may want to use qourn Vegan dairy free cheese & cheese sauce.

Cook Time: 40 mins
