| Ingredients: |

The banana and carrot mash
4 -6 seeded or whole-wheat cream crackers
1 banana
Some boiled/steamed carrot left to cool
Drop of lemon juice
Raspberry Chocolate Smoothie
(150-200ml per serving. Recipe will make more than 200ml)
200ml semi-skimmed milk
200ml low fat vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. cocoa powder
40g raspberries
Rest of Lunchbox
1 packet of Cheestrings
Handful of trail mix - use any combination of nuts e.g. flaked almonds, walnuts, peanuts or dried fruit (e.g. apricots)
3 x cherry tomatoes

Banana and carrot mash
Mash the cooled carrot, banana and lemon juice together
Place in the middle of 2 crackers to create a sandwich
Raspberry Chocolate Smoothie
Combine all in a blender and pour into a secure drinks bottle
