Roast Sweet Potato, Butternut and Carrots by
Serves:  4
 
Ingredients:
1 sweet Potato
1/2 butternut
4 large carrots
a little olive oil
 
Method:
Peel and cube all the above mentioned ingredients and put on a lightly greased oven tray. Drizzle with alittle olive oil.

Bake in oven at 180C for 45 min or when nearly caramalised.

Mix together in a blender and puree! Add a little milk or water to thin out.
