| Cheese, Bacon and Potato bake by emmatrev |

| Ingredients: |

3-4 large baking potatoes peeled and sliced
1 large onion sliced
1 pkt smoked back bacon cute into cubes
Butter
Cream
Grated cheddar cheese

| Method: |
Fry the onions in a little butter till caramalised. Add the bacon and fry till cooked.
Place some of the sliced potatoes at the bottom of a buttered baking dish. Then a layer of some of the onion/bacon.
Place another layer of sliced potato and then the rest of the onion and bacon.
Finish off with the last layer of potatoes.
Pour Cream over the potato dish till nearly covering potatoes. Add grated cheese ontop.
Bake in oven 180C for 45 min or until brown and crispy ontop.
