Warm molten centred chocolate cupcakes by bubblebum1982@
Serves:  8
 
Ingredients:
4 tbsp Soft margerine
55g (2oz) Caster sugar
1 Large egg
85g (3oz) Self raising flour
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
8 Squares of Milk chocolate
8 Cake cases
 
Method:
Put the margerine, sugar, egg, flour and cocoa into a large bowl and mix together until smooth.

Spoon half the mixture into the paper cases, using a small spoon make an indentation into the centre of each cake and place a chunk of chocolate. Spoon over the remaining mixture.

Bake in a pre-heated oven 190'C/375'F for around 20 minutes or untill well risen and springy to touch.
 
Tip:
Eat whilst warm, otherwise ding them in the microwave for 10 seconds.

Cook Time: 15-20 mins
