Chocolate Crunchies by bubblebum1982@
Serves:  25
 
Ingredients:
75g (3oz) rich tea biscuits
50g (2oz) dried apricots
225g (8oz) white chocolate drops
4 tablespoons of golden syrup
1 teaspoon of drinking chocolate
Tiny paper cases
 
Method:
Break up the biscuits into tiny pieces and put them into a bowl, chop up the apricots and add them aswell.

In a seperate bowl, melt the chocolate. Let the chocolate cool for a minute. Stir in the golden syrup, biscuits and apricots with a wooden spoon.

Scoop up some of the mixture with a teaspoon and using your hands, shape it into a small ball and place into a paper case. Place in the fridge for an hour, until they are firm.

Once firm, sift the drinking chocolate over the chocolate crunchies.
 
Tip:
Store in an airtight container and use within three days
