| Ingredients: |

8-12 good quality sausages
roughly chopped carrots
frozen peas
1 finely chopped onion
Make up 1 pint of beef gravy
Mashed potato |

| Method: |
brown the sausages in a pan, and move to an ovenproof dish
Add in parboiled carrots
Add in frozen peas, and chopped onion
Cover with the made up gravy, and for a bit of twist add some tomato puree to the gravy
Oven cook for about 45mins-1hr on gas mark 5
Serve with mashed potato with some grated cheese on top |

| Tip: |
| Parboil/partially steam the carrots so they are slightly soft before adding to the casserole. Add brocolli florets to the side of the mash and sausages. |
