Whilst we were at the Scotland Baby Show in Glasgow, someone posted a review on TheBabyWebsite of a Phil & Ted's Sport buggy.I'd never heard of it but the description and photo intrigued me.  Having gone through a couple of different double pushchairs myself, I know how difficult it is to find a really good one. The side by side ones are difficult to manoeuvre through shop doors but the alternatives where the seats are one in front of the other are appalling for your back. When the baby is newborn, the toddler has to sit in front. This means that when you're going up over kerbs, the heaviest weight is at the furthest point from your body. Any back expert will tell you that you're asking for trouble lifting like that but us Mums are often left with no choice. Until now, it seems......
The Phil & Ted's Sport Buggy is amazing. Ok, this is how it works. You start off with a normal single pushchair with one baby! Then number two or whatever comes along and so you buy 'The Doubles Kit' and 'The Cocoon'. The Phil & Ted's really is a fantastic and innovative design that really can be a single or double pushchair. It works for newborns and toddlers and is suitable from birth to 5 years.
