After months of carrying that 'bump' around on the Big Brother stage, Davina McCall has given birth to a bumper baby boy. Davina and her husband, Pet Rescue's Matthew Robertson have called their 10lb 2oz (!) son Chester. Their first child, Holly Willow, was born in September 2001 when Davina was 33 and they have another daughter Tilly.

Japan welcomes royal heir.
The Japanese royal family has welcomed the first boy to be born into its family in over forty years. Princess Kiko, wife of the Emperor's second son, gave birth to a boy yesterday by Caesarean section. The line of succession to Japan's imperial throne passes down through the male line and until the birth of this child, the Emperor's grandchildren were all female.
A bumper Brazilian baby girl is so big that her feet overreach her cot! Isabel Vitoria was born on September 3rd in Rio de Janeiro and measures 23.75 inches and weighs 14lb). Mother Elisa Maia dos Ribeiro has already given birth to three big boys who all weighed over 4kg (9lb), but Isabel is her first daughter.
Doctors say that it is common for diabetics such as Mrs Ribeiro to have big babies. Despite her large size, Isabel is not the largest Brazilian ever born, that went to a 7.6kg (16lb 11oz) boy last year.
The Guinness Book of Records states that the heaviest child ever born was in Italy in 1955 at a whopping 10.2kg (22.5lb). OUCH!!
