A bride whose husband died from cancer two days after they married has given birth to their twins, daughter Ruby and son Chaise - nearly 2 years later. Kelly Bowen, from Maesteg, said her children were a 'miracle'. The twins were born on New Year's Eve after IVF treatment using husband Gavin's frozen sperm. Gavin died just two days after the couple married when his chemotherapy failed to beat his unusual form of cancer. The twins arrived nine days early at the Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend - Ruby Grace at 5lb 12oz and Chaise Gavin at 7lb 10oz.

South Korean government workers are being given the Ok to go home and multiply. At 7pm on Wednesday January 20th, officials at the Ministry of Health will turn off all the lights in the building as they want to encourage staff to go home and make babies. Amazingly, they plan to repeat the experiment every month. South Korea has a lower birth rate than Japan, which is also extremely low.
