Im not sure what you call what im making its just one of those things that gets passed down lol
Its beef stewing steak browned in the wok, add tbsp of thyme then the same with parsley, black pepper and salt mix in then add 1pint of beef stock and simmer for an hour. Dish up with new pots, pea's, yorkshire pudding and pour the left over stock over the top.
That sounds good Charlotte might have to try that. We are having A gammon joint with Acacia honey from M&S they are having little potato things from M&S cauli cheese & sugar snap peas. Im gonna make myself SW chips yum yum Im starvin now.
