Ok so I am no cook and I mean no cook!!! I have Erins baptism in May and Ive bought in all the sandwichs, quiches, salads from waitrose entertaining but decided that im going to bake! homemade cakes! I can't do things by half (which drives hubby crazy) and I get totally obseesed by stuff if i start it

So I have bought all new cakes tins! The most gorgeous cupcake stand and really pretty cupcake cases red and white with hearts and roses (for Erins middle name!).

Step two is to start baking and testing (but not me cuz of the diet) I started with the lovely banana cake listed on here. And yum yum was hubby, chloe and dylans response!! SO THANK YOU YUMMYMUMMY2008

good luck with your baking. i normally buy the packets where you just add milk and egg, and that's it. and i can bake, just don't seem to have the time or want to do it from scratch. if i buy a bag of flour, it would go out of date before i would use it a second time.
