Debenhams have a sale on, so as I am looking some summer clothes (shorts and t-shirts) for my holiday, I went there yesterday to grab a bargain. The items they have on sale are all the winter clothes and really 'bad' sizes - like really tiny or really large. So, of course, all the clothes that I bought are full price! I got 2 pairs of shorts, one 3/4 length pair of jeans, and about 5 t-shirts. Nothing in the sale, though.
You might be lucky enough to get a bargain - don't let me put you off going to look. I just had no luck, and i did see quite a lot of woolly jumpers on the sale rail! But isn't that what sales are for - making way for their new stock and clearing out the old stock? The clothes I got weren't overly expensive (£20 for the shorts) as they are a good fit and look nice. They are good quality too, so should last a few years (as long as I don't put on any more weight).

The summer stuff won't be in the sale until AFTER the summer! We always try and buy the next age up at the sales so we have stuff that fits when the season is right!
Although it does bug the hell out of me on the size front, if the sizes in the sale are the least popular sizes, then surely they'll still be the least popular and won't sell anyway!!
