There's a Zumba class at the gym here which I'd love to go to, but can't as it's too late in the evening!

I bet you'll get there eventually Emma! Zumba's too much fun not to try again! :D

Sel in my defense I did have a puppy trying to bite my ankles whilst doing it.....
....but still think Id be rubbish without the puppy :lol:

OMG Em, I love it & am totally addicted! It is a bit hard to get the hang of at first, but once you learn all the moves it's so much fun! Most of the time I do the Sculpt & Tone followed by Flat Abs, so it's just over an hour in total & I sweat like a :pig: :lol: I love it though cos it's just like dancing with no boring floor work (which kills my back) & the hour passes so quickly!

Keep going hun, you'll get used to it. Just try the Basics first so you can learn the moves better & then go onto the other dvds once you've mastered them :D
