:santa: what does your house look like at xmas?
Is it a proper santas grotto or just a christmas tree in the corner?
Do you decorate the outside of your house too??

We usually have a wreath on the front door and a big artificial tree in the lounge. Then the kids make paper decs like paper chains and snowflakes etc which we decorate the hallway with. Sometime we have some tinsel round the mirror too. not grotto like but seasonal
We dont have lights outside the house at all, just a santa stop here sign :santa:

We don't have too much, Si is a bit of a Scrooge so we tend not to put loads up lol! Have a biggish tree in the sitting room then other bits and bobs like lewis' snow globe, the Christmas nativity bits like that
We have no lights or anything up at the front windows, we had a Santa last year but Si wouldnt let me put it up the swine lol! He will have no choice this year though! :D
Oh and we have a Santa please stop here sign too!

I tend to have our tree in the corner of the living room & a few garlands, wreaths etc, but the rest of the house gets left out.... so I told Ste that I am getting a tree in the dining room this year cos when we're eating Christmas dinner it's all a bit bare & depressing!
