Hiya, I used Boots washable pads which I found were brilliant & wish I bought them from the beginning (I used disposables for yonks!). I dont know about the LilyPads though sorry! x
I used them, though mainly at night & they stayed on really well & stopped me leaking. You're meant to wait a few weeks (sorry can't remember exactly how long now) before using them though to make sure your milk supply has regulated. I started using them when my son was about 4 months, & I think even at that stage they may have affected my supply a bit, as my son started getting a bit angry when he was feeding & coming on & off. He was teething so it may have been that, but I stopped using them after that so thought it was worth mentioning.
The other thing is that they only last a couple of weeks then they lose their sticky so you need to buy new ones fairly regularly, especially if you do wear them all day.

I never used these ones, I just used to vary between Boots own branded one and the Asda little angels ones. Boots seemed to be the best for me especially overnight, because my boobs were terrible for leaking over night
Ive never really heard of the Lilypadz ones though sorry.

It's National Baby Massage Week 13-18 May, and it's got me fondly reminiscing about the wonderful baby massage classes I took my two boys to when they were tiny.
