After seeing all the lovely siggys on here it made me want to try and make one. I had no idea where to start. I looked through some of the old threads and found some instructions on GIMP.
It took me ages and after a lot of trial and much more error i've finally finished it :lol:

Still don't know half of the tools on GIMP but I think I have the bug now so will figure it out eventually :lol:

Thanks for the useful siggy sites Blondelou they came in handy.
Hope it's the right size. I read though a lot of threads stating different sizes

That's brilliant Nat! Well done. Once you've got the bug that's it :lol:

Yeah the size is fine hun. It needs to be max dimensions of 200 pixels in height & 450 pixels in length & around 25kb in size

I would say ask me if you need any help, but I stopped using GIMP ages ago & now use Photoshop. I have forgotten how to use GIMP now :lol:

I used to use youtube a lot though. The tutorials on there are easy to follow as you're actually watching someone do it & you just copy, which is easier than trying to follow written instructions

I prefer it to GIMP, it is very similar but I think it's a little easier to use. Quite easy to get the hang of too once you've watched a few youtube tutorials
