Do toddlers usually get their back teeth?

Don't think Lewis has his yet but the past few days he keeps pulling on his ear, says his mouth is sore when we brush his teeth and has had a few runny nappies. These are his usual signs of teething, although he has pretty much all his teeth I'm thinking it could be the back ones?

Must be around this age then. Bless him, think a dose of Calpol before bedtime might ease it up a bit.

My Middle daughter will be 3 in May and hers are coming through atm . My eldest was 2 yrs 11 months b4 hers came through . x

They seem to be partially through when I've looked. They will probably start again soon, bless him he was brave!
