Hi!

I have 30mth old twins and a 7mth..
I have a Jane Power Twin pushchair... tried to push them and carry baby in a sling
but she is super heavy and my shoulders kill..

I was gonna let one walk, one in buggy with baby but they at the age where they
wanna run off even on the rains they dont quite walk with me help!

Ive already had to buy new car seats to go in the car... ( slimmer ones so that we can
get all 3 inc me and hubby in car lol )

Any advice on how i can get out of my house would be grateful as im going mad!

Hi, I had at one stage a newborn, a 20 month old and a 3 year old (just turned 3).
My 3 year old sat in front of the newborn, who I pushed right back up into the seat. That might be more difficult to do with a 7 month old, but as the little one got bigger, I used to set one of them on the hood. I suppose it depends on your pram if you could do that or not, but that's what I had to do, and it worked for me.
My 3 year old is now 8 year old, and I have a fourth baby too, but don't need the double pram any more.

Im Charlotte mum to 4, Ryan 13, Adam and Thomas 5, and Paige 3.

My boys turned 2 in the dec and Paige was born in the jan so just 2 years between them.

I did buy a triple buggy but to be honest i only used it a few times as i found it more of a pain to get around so i wouldn't recommended that.

I did find i went even short journeys in the car for the first 12m at which point the boys were 3 and had more of an idea about holding the buggy but to be on the safe side i brought twin reins. They have a belt that you wear and their reins clip on to that so you keep your hands free.

Have you got any friends who have 1 child ? i had a spare cheap double and when i went our with her she would put her daughter in my double with one of mine so we both had 2 children each

It does get easier, i promise i now walk to school with all 4 and no buggy and its a 2.5 mile round trip

It is really hard to the moment..
We got rid of one car.... now im stuck at home all day everyday!

Not many friends in the area either...

We have only got a 2 door car at the moment to until we replace the 2nd car..
We have just found a solution to all of us going out together..
Changed the Jane Racing Seats ( which are huge ) to slimmer Graco stage 2-3 seats so i can sit between the twins and baby can now go in the forward facing Jane in the front..
Its a right nightmare lol

I dont think i could cope with a 4th child

I see your point mmm tough one really ....

Could you post on the meet a mum board on netmums ? see if their is any other mums in your area. How about a twins club, is their any in your area ?

Could you get a buggy board for one of the twins ? they may stay put if they are still being pushed and not using their legs lol

We didnt plan for the new baby, she was a complete surprise..
But i wouldnt change her... she is a little treasure..
But i do find it so difficult to do anything or go anywhere..
I thought about a tripple buggy but i dont wanna spend another
£200 when the Jane cost us £800 inc the car seats ect..
And we have since bought 4 other car seats since we bought that
its just been expense after expense ...

We planned to have Paige but we didnt plan on it happening that quickly

The triple i brought i actually made money on it. I brought a normal double Easylife Sport off ebay then contacted the company in Australia who made them and bought the toddler seat to attach and had it shipped over. total cost £180 12m later i sold it for £300

we had to buy a new car as i had scenic but i couldn't get all 6 of us in. Dp had a Scenic too and when we went on holiday we had to take 2 cars Ive had my Renault Espace for 12m now and i love it

Ive got to go get the troublesome twosome now so i wont get on till after 9pm now as fights are one thing i can guarantee on lol
