homemade hummus great spread thinly on rice cakes

Tin of chickpeas
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs tahini
2 tbs lemon juice
A few cloves of garlic (we all like it garlicky)

Blitz, taste and add more juice or water to get the right texture.

I have also blitzed in roasted pepper or just stirred in caramellised onions too. Yum.

Hi great idea with the recipes but my baby (8 months soon) is allergic and she can't eat cheese butter nuts celery tomatos (I add only a little) anything what contains gluten... so if you have some recipes for allergic it would be great:)
I am cooking myself for my girl but I started to look for new ideas what to cook - she will eat everything what I cook :)
Her favourite is :
mashed vegetables with chicken fillet or pork

2-3 medium potatos
1-2 medium carrots
1/2 courgette
1 parsnip
1/2 chicken fillet or pork (not to much)
1 table spoon of green pea
some broccoli
1 tablespoon oil of olive
some herbs (basil, parsley) what you like

I cook everything in a pot till it's tender, I mix chicken with herbs (in a blender) and mash vegetables with a fork - then add tho olive oil. If it's too thick I add the water from the pot. :)
