I ordered 2 pairs of curtains before we moved in here, they arrived about a month late so I didnt want them, Opened them to get the returns note out but there wasnt one so rang them up and he gave me the address to do a label myself and also arrange collection.
They never turned up to collect so I rang again another phone call costing me money they said they would be there the next day I said well can you put a note on that it is in portacabin porch (in case my dad was out cos its being picked up from farm)
2 Days later a card was left saying they had called but no one in!!! My mum and dad were both in that day!!!
I rang again lastweek another long phone call told them I was getting peed off with this all I wanted was 2 pairs of flippin curtains picking up, he said he would put a compliant into courier company and they would be picked up again the next day....UMMM NOPE!!!
I gave them a couple of days and still not been picked up so just spent 20 minutes on phone being passed about I told them I am really sock of this now and want it sorting so I can pay off my bill and I will NEVER use them again, I asked to speak to someone higher up...he put me on hold again then said my manager will ring you back in 20 seconds...I am still waiting it was half an hour ago now...I am so annoyed with this its doing my head in all I want is a flippin parcel picked up!!! I haven't had any problems with them but my sister has. She moved into her new flat last January & ordered all her big electrial appliances from there. Since then she had the washer & the fridge break & both times she has had trouble with them collecting the broken ones!!! I mean, what kind of company brings a new appliance without taking the broken one away the same day? She's written them letters of complaint etc & ended up getting nowhere! They really are crap if you have problems!!!

if you login online you can arrange a collection oyurself so at least you know its been done and leave a note on door advising where its left or call your local Home Delivery Network depot and ask them to advise the driver where it will be

Also email very via contact us online, get a response in 48 hrs and saves phone bill

I usually do use the online collection bit hun but because it had no returns label in I had to ring them. And then when I went online to arrange another collection because it was a failed pick up I had to ring anyway.
Ive sent them an email now thanks.

I buy all my trousers from them and have never had problems. I have a 36inch inside leg  and refuse to pay Long tall sally prices for trousers to wear to my work - £60 odd quid when they covered in all sorts  The trousers at Very fit me perfectly - unlike New look tall range, which skim my ankles, and dorothy perkins which dont fit my bum, or top shop which are designed for 12 year olds
Although that said I have never ordered loads from them - or big things like furntiture. That is shocking chick, hope it all gets sorted soon
xx
