I used to do military fitness and toned up sooooooo much, Gave it up due to the snow, and then my sis got injured again and then m,y dodgy foot has stopped us from going. I loved it - although that first time he shouted contact ( hit the deck flat on your belly) in the rain was horrible. After that you were wet anyway heheheheh
Good luck
xx

Good luck with it Jess. Sounds like flipping hard work but as you say, no pain, no gain.....

(I need to do something again about my weight. I started taking new tablets in January and my weight has just ballooned since although there are a million positives too to the new medication.)

It is hard but he says after a few sessions my fitness levels will start to improve  A few? Lol I think he means hundreds!

Glad the medication is working for you, even If it has affected your weight. The pros sometimes outway the cons.

Stop moaning you wuss! It's easy to lose weight, but it's hard to get toned and stay that way! Once you gain a bit off mucle tone though, it'll be much easier to keep the definition as musle burns far more calories than fat does. So as long as you watch what you eat aswell, you're be laughing!

Good on you Jess! You'll feel amazing once the adrenaline kicks in! :D
