For someone with no willpower and who's rubbish at being hungry? I could do with losing 1-2 stone, have no willpower, can't face being hungry/resist temptation but don't have lots of time or energy for exercising (I'm on some treatment that leaves me really tired), just enough for a bit of walking or using an exercise bike. Jogging/running and swimming are all out for different reasons. :(

I'm also looking for some inspiration for exercise DVDs. Are there any that are good for weight loss, flexibility and losing a a floppy mummy tummy - not asking much am I?!

Thanks ladies. :D Sounds like Slimming World is worth a good try and hopefully won't be too expensive. There's a meeting near me, just need to get the baby sitting sorted out (my OH's away too much during the week to help :()

Emma, yes, I remember seeing your photos and the difference is amazing!
