I went to slimming world on tuesday girls, so i'm starting a new thread!

I thought about what you all said about the wii fit, and also that i think i need a bit of extra help, so i decided to go along! I went on my own, i was absolutely crapping myself, it was awful, i couldn't stay to the class cos i just felt like passing out i was soooo nervous!!! But at least i went along and joined, thats the main thing.

Soo, i weighed 19st 12, which is much better than i thought cos i thought i'd gone way over 20st, so a good start!

I'll be going every tuesday, so i'll let you know how i get on!

I'm gonna try to stay to class next time if i can manage it. They said i can take the dog in with me so that might help a bit.

Well done for going to the class on your own hun, more guts than me!!!

See that Wii Fit sets us in a state of panic!! Especially if you do two body tests within minutes and it claims you've gained the second time round!!

and well done for going to sign up ....i will be trying out sliming world after ive had the baby,some of the food looks delicious!! (i used to go to ww but couldnt lose more than two stone for some reason!)
