I know :lol: Last time I made it I used the light versions of everything.... Light digestives, light choices creme fraiche, Elmlea double cream and it still tasted just as good. Plus it does serve loads of people (depending on how big your slice is :lol: ). When I make it it lasts the whole weekend & that's with quite a few visitors having some!

Not something you could eat every day though, but is is lovely :D

Sounds lush!!

Baileys is my fav drink, not that i have had any in 8 months :(

I'm gonna make the cake though, a little slice wont hurt. <3

EDIT- Ive just added everything to my asda shopping!! :P

I'm not a fan of white chocolate, and I quite like my waistline as it is! :lol: (I've just worked out that that cheesecake is just over 6000 calories! Even a small slice will mean you can eat little else for the rest of the day :lol: ).

But hey, a little indulgence is always good! I may have to swap the white chocolate for dark chocolate, and the Baileys for Tia Maria and give that a whirl! I prefer non-baked cheesecakes! :D
