Lordy, Lordy.... I just put on half a stone reading the ingredients list!!!
Last time I made it I used the light versions of everything.... Light digestives, light choices creme fraiche, Elmlea double cream and it still tasted just as good. Plus it does serve loads of people (depending on how big your slice is
). When I make it it lasts the whole weekend & that's with quite a few visitors having some!
Not something you could eat every day though, but is is lovely
