Back from hospital after my HSG. And I want everyone to know that it's not as bad as I've read on other websites! I didn't feel pain, just discomfort. It feels just like a period cramp (quite a bad one) but it only lasts a few seconds. If anyone else is going for one of these tests then I hope you read this first. It really isn't that bad!! I wish I hadn't read all the other comments as I'd got myself really worried!!

Soooo glad it's over and I'm pleased to say mine was all fine and I have no blockages in my tubes and my uterus is fine too!! :P

Good luck everyone
Lotsa love
xx

Hey everyone,

I'm new here and just got off the pill at the end of june to ttc. We just started ttc this month, I'm just kinda freaking out cause I haven't had AF since before july. During my last placebos, the month before we decided for me to stop taking them, I didn't get AF so.... I don't know what my body is doing. I've read that it takes a while after BCP to get back to normal but... I guess i'm just hoping that I am ovulating and just not shedding!!! hahaa (I know wishful thinking) I see my OBGYN in October to have the ttc talk, but that just feels soooo far away.

thanks for letting me get this off my chest!
Baby dust fo EVERYBODY!!!!!!!

btw, i have taken test and BFN : (

Welcome to the site hun,

We have been ttc since Feb: have had no period in 8 weeks, I don't know whats going on :( . My gp has done bloods to check hormone levels but they should nothing significant, so she is re-doing them in 2 weeks.

Hope u get a bfp soon hun x

Hi all, we've now been referred for IVF :( I am dissapointed as I feel that this is the worse case senario and the last resort.

I just wondered if anyone, who ovulates normally has taken Clomid? My doc won't give it to me as I appear to ovulate normally but a friend of mine has 1 cycle left from when she was TTC and has offered it to me as she now has a beautiful baby :) It was perscribed to her by her doc so it's legit and not from a dodgy website!

I just wondered if any of you would take it? I feel I don't have anything to lose as we really didn't want to go down the IVF route, but on the other hand I don't want to mess around with my body.
Opinions and advice would be great :)
Thanks a lot xx

Hunny,

I don't know anything really about IVF ... but if your doc won't give the clomid (or however it's spelled) to you, there must be some reason why. I'd ask again, "why" you aren't able to take it just to make sure it doesn't hurt you or your possible baby in the long run. Best of luck and lots of baby dust!!!!! :)

:safe: (i just wanted to use this smilie!) haha
