hi if anyone has a maclaren buggy please check here

as they have been recalled in usa but meet european standards so uk are not getting the kit they have now decided against it :shock: :shock: :shock:
children have lost there fingers omg i feel gutted our debbie has one of the mentioned for callum hasnt long had it either

there has only been 1 child with tips of fingers cut off in uk but 14/15 in usa also there standards are different they meet european standards the way they are :shock: :shock:

I didnt know anything about it until yesterday when there was a big write up in the papers about it and it was on the news.

unforunatley theres nothing she can do as they are passing our saftey standards we've been talking this morning and said she will make sure he is well away from it while putting up and down

OMG that's terrible. Whether or not they meet European safety standards or not shouldn't be the issue! If there's a chance it couls amputate a childs fingertips then that is a good enough reason to recall ALL of them!!! I'm just glad I don't have one & don't think i'll ever buy one now after seeing their stance on this! :shock: :x
