had darren weighed yesterday and he has lost 3oz (putting him back to 17lb) nothing major but got to take him back next week. i explained that he hasnt been well since last fri and they said thats probably why he's lost but still.

they told me to give him calorific stuff like cream, custard, cheese and use more full fat milk in his food.

can anyone recommend some stuff i can give him cause theres only so many things i can put cream and cheese in for him!?

There's loads! Scrambled eggs, smoothies, omelette, cereal (use full fat yoghurt and milk), cheesey mash potatoe (with plenty of butter and cheese: loadsa calories in that). Full fat yoghurt with any of his favourite food. Even something like avocado, tomatoe, basil and full fat Philedelphia (Oscar's fave snack), or toast spread with full-fat laughing cow cheese.

High calorie food doesn't have to be unhealthy restrictive foods like cheese and full-fat stuff. Avacado, mangoes, bananas, grapes are all high in calories too, and much better for him! Even vegetables stir-fried in butter or oil will be high in calories too! :D
