Really fed up.

had washing machine 7 months ago and had to have the engineer out 3 times already.
1st the drawer didn't fit properly then the programmer packed up and then on friday i had water all over my kitchen floor.

engineer came monday and said seal was split so put another one on and told me not to use it for 48 hrs so i didn't i use it last night and yes water everywhere again.

i rang the company and a senior engineer has to come and look at it today so have to stay in all day..

i want a new washing machine as this is ridiculous.......

i'm very shy about things and hate begging but this is too much.....

the washing machine is AAA rated.

my son is at nursery and kindergarten all day so today of all days i could of done some more xmas shopping.......

i hate waiting in and so bored.

Argh, thats a nightmare. These companies can be a pain in the bckside when waiting in, as they tend not to give you a time.
What a pain for you - hope they arrive soon and you can get out x

oh dear rather you than me, i had a washing machine lik ethat once, im so glad i took out the extended warranty, i must have had them out about 15 times in 5 years, you would have thought they would give up and given me a new one lol

I'm still waiting and so fed up......
i could start wrapping xmas pressie's up but by the time i got all the wrapping paper etc out it will be time to pick my son up and then i will have to hide it all again arrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggg

ah what a nightmare, i cant stand waiting in for things either, it just makes time drag sooo much!

My washing machine just died two days ago, it was older than me and passed down, it did well bless it!
SHame i now have to run to mums every few hours to swap baskets hehe!

Oh what a nightmare for you hun. Hate it when they can never give an actual time. Don't stress,try and enjoy the tiny bit of peace you have,but you sound like me rather be doing than sitting!
Got same thing myself next week,having an argos delivery-with 8 hour time slot oh joy!!!!

the last time my wasing machine broke, my husband was able to order the parts and fix it himself, but the 3 or 4 days until the parts came were a nuisance as i was taking the washing to my mums and MILs.
i hope you get yours sorted soon.

If it ever happens again, and you have to call an engineer round, KICK HIM!

It won't solve a damn thing, but it'll make you feel infinitely better!

i rang head office and let it all out..........
i insisted on a new washing machine and no but's

so i'm happy to say i know have a new washing machine coming on weds.
