Im 21 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I felt quite a bit of flutters and a bit of movement in the last few weeks, but this week only felt one or two flutters. I read that by now i should be feeling some stronger kicks and movement, is this something to be concerned about???

When I was pregnant with Lewis he was a right little wriggler but only at certain times of the day. When I was up and moving about keeping myself busy he was always asleep, would feel the odd little flutter or kick but not much, then at night time he would start going wild and have his feet in my ribs all night! This was further on though at about 7-8 months when he seemed to develop a routine almost lol.
21 weeks isn't really far on, to feel loads of kicking and flutters, baby is big but still quite small if that makes sense. If your worried though why not ring midwife and have a chat with her?
Thanks for your advice. I think i am worrying a bit much, have been reading a lot about what should be happening with baby at the moment...think sometimes there is too much info on the internet...which sends us into a panic. i will chat to my midwife.

I agree with Jess hun. Try not to worry. At 21 weeks you won't be feeling that much regularly, but mine always started when I went to bed! I would have a chat with your MW though, no point worrying yourself when a quick chat can settle your mind
