This is a twin issue and I know there are a few twin mums on here. I've filled in about ten customer comment forms over the last few months for our local Sainsburys because they only have one twin toddler trolley and the rest are single seat trolleys. There are twin newborn trolleys but not twin toddler trollies. I keep trying to make it clear that shopping with two terrible twos in tow is impossible with a single trolley but they haven't even bothered to reply to me. Anyone else having this problem?

I had this problem too just before Christmas. My nephew is 6 weeks younger than Luke and I sometimes look after him. I went to Sainsbury's to do my shopping and I couldn't see any double trollies. I went in and asked at Customer Services and she told me that they had a couple and they had red handles. When I got back outside I could see one, right in the middle of all the trollies. I then had to hold on to two toddlers and put my pound in a trolley and then put it in another line, take my pound out and keep repeating this until I got to the trolly. Also the trollies were right next to the road so it was incredibly difficult. One woman just watched me nad never offered to help. It wasn't a good start to my shopping.

I never thought about complaining but I will now as I'm sure other people need twin seats. :D

I get really annoyed shopping with Sainsbury's, not because of their trolleys but because I always get charged incorrectly for something. I check my till receipt and more or less everytime I seem to be charged the wrong price for something. I've had money back ranging from just a couple of pennies to £11!
