Were booked to go to Legoland on Tuesday, chris has took day off work for it and weve all been looking forward to it especially Ellie-Marie.
Anyway, just got a phone call to say its cancelled. I asked why they said only 22 people going we need 25 to make a profit. Surely as long as they cover their costs its worth it, letting customers down last min isnt going to do their business any good especially so close to the day! No wonder they didnt get many people book up if this is how they treat customers, I certainly dont feel like a valued customer atm

That is rubbish, they are only a few off the 25 they need. Like you say, they are probably doing their business more damage long-term by not carrying out this trip. Im really sorry to hear that, especially as its such short notice and you were all looking forward to it.

It's National Baby Massage Week 13-18 May, and it's got me fondly reminiscing about the wonderful baby massage classes I took my two boys to when they were tiny.
