The new job, (being on my feet all day, running up and down the stairs constantly, moving shelves and stock around all day long), walking to and from work 4 times a day, (i go home for lunch), coupled with taking Oscar out on my days off, doing huge amounts of housework, and eating really well, have meant that I have lost another 3lbs! Since starting work 2 months ago, I've toned up massively, and I was pretty toned beforehand. My arms: biceps and triceps, legs: hamstrings and quads, bum, boobs, everywhere. I have definition in my abs and the muffin top is gone, I have virtually no fat left, it's all muscle! Size 10 has been too big on my bottom half for a while, but now my size 8 stuff is coming up a little loose. I'm still a size 10 up top though, due to the boobage. I now weigh in at 8 stone 11lbs, and look LEAN! I'm easily going to to hit my target of 8 stone 10lbs for my birthday in August, but I'm going to have to try and stop losing weight after that as they'll be nothing left of me! I feel so energetic lately........It's brilliant to feel this good!

Well done you. I've been trying to lose my excess now. I was about 8 and a half stone before I got pregnant. Put on about a stone and a half overall and after I had Jack went back down to 9 stone. Haven't weighed myself since then but imagine it's around the same, but I really want to get down to 8 and a half. Just started doing sit ups of an evening and cut out chocolate in the week!
How tall are you?

You did really well to put on so little, and lose the weight so quickly after birth. When I met my partner, I was 8 stone, but I put on a stone before I fell pregnant. After I had Oscar, I was 10 stone. The breastfeeding helped me to lose the weight, but I didn't start getting back in shape and toning up until I started taking him to all his toddler groups and getting out and about with him everyday. I did pilates for over a year, but also made sure I watched what I ate. I've always made sure I eat 80% healthy, and 20% of the little naughty things I like. I don't follow a diet or dieting plan, I just learned about the calorie content of most foodstuffs and pretty much eat really well because of that. I walk around a lot, and at the moment, I'm averaging around 3 miles a day, more when I take Oscar to his groups, as they're quite a trek away. I'm on a mission to keep fit and healthy for the next pregnancy, just so that the pregnancy and recovery are easier next time round. Plus, it's just a good way to be. Also, I need all the energy I can get to keep up with an almost three year old! In answer to your question, I'm 5 foot 6". How tall are you?

I was surprised how quickly my stomach went down, but it was mostly baby and water. I felt SO slim in the couple of weeks afterwards, and I was breastfeeding initially, but as time's gone on I don't feel quite so slim. I must have just felt really slim at first because I didn't have the big bump any more. I'm 5'5. I normally wear size 12 trousers though because I have wide hips, I am really a size 11 but you can't buy those here, and 10 is sometimes too tight. Though I used to get in 10's sometimes before my pregnancy. I'm sure my hips are even wider now! I wear an 8-10 up top.
I don't eat healthy all the time but try to most of the time.

Wow well done Sel I was 8 stone when I got pregnant and then went up to 9 and then 9 and a half. I cut down on all rubbish and started walking everywhere with the pram (thought I would take a leaf out your book) Im now roughly 8.12 (was when I last got weighed) and I think im quitehappy with that now. I dont think I could loose any more to be honest, all I really want to do is tone my tummy up. Pilates worked really well didnt it for you Sel? I swear that walking everywhere and running about after Lewis works wonders! Anyways well done again! ![clap [smilie=clap.gif]](./images/smilies/clap.gif)

I don't eat healthy all the time but try to most of the time. Eating healthy most of the time is the best way, hence my 80/20 rule! It's good to have a treat once in a while after a hectic day running around after what may as well be, a toddler on speed!

Pilates worked a treat for me as it really helped to strengthen my core muscles. I had definition in my abs after only doing it for 3 months. The combination of pilates and marching around with Oscar in the pram was killer though: it REALLY helped me to tone up and I don't have a belly any more! In fact, it's completely flat! I set myself a target goal of 8 stone 10lbs for my birthday, but I have weighed myself 3 times this week and each time I have been 8 stone 10lbs! Seeing as I've already hit my target, I'm aiming for 8 stone 8lbs for my birthday in three weeks time, and then I have to try not to lose any more!
