This is my first online chat but i can hardly talk to anyone away from the web as all my friends are pregnant.
I've been ttc for 3 years in November. Lots of tests. Not much information and fed up now.
Im still a positive person, coz thats just me, but felt like i really needed to talk to people who understand.
I had a miscarriage 6 years ago with a different partner. So i know i can fall (i guess) my partners been tested a few times and they said hes fine.
Im lost in limbo with no one to talk to, no doctors understand and there is a huge gap in my life that needs to be filled.

I've drummed on for long enough now. Hope this site brings a weight off my shoulders.

Hi hun and welcome to the site I hope someone on here can help you Im afraid Ive not been in your position but I am here to listen.
My friend has been trying for a baby for years and like you no luck but she has lost weight recently and is now starting IVF its taken a while but Im keeping my fingers crossed that this IVF works for her.
I hope you get some answers from this site hun and the members here xxx

thanks for such a quick reply!! how did ur friend lose her weight? i must admit i need to lose a bit to get healthy which i know can help but is obviously very hard. As like many women when things get you down (such as trying to have a baby) you just eat to make yourself feel better. Viscous circle.

Welcome to the site. I have not been in your situation either, but I just wanted to welcome you aboard. Have you had any treatment yet? A friend (2 friends actually) had to take Clomid so as they could fall pregnant. I have also heard people say they got pregnant after getting their tubes flushed out ( not sure if thats the right way to say it).

Thanku for the welcome. I have had a friend who went onto clomid and they had a baby. I am on my 2nd gyno as the first was a useless nurse. Now im seeing a doctor and they cant do anything untill i have a cycle, which is very rare, this waiting game is ridiculous.
I know that different areas around the UK promote different things. It seems my area is against clomid. I understand the side effects etc and have asked many times for it in which my reply is 'do you really want to dose your body with medication' ... 'YES, YES i do'... lol. Ive joined this site not only to talk to people but also help people who perhaps feel alone and confused. x
