North Norfolk Country Fair - Weybourne
Sun 24th May 2009
The North Norfolk Country Fair will be held in Weyboune on Sunday May 24th from 10am to 5pm.
It'll be off the A149 Coast road, opposite the Windmill.
It will include arts and crafts, trade stands, a falconry display; model aircraft; vintage vehicles and more including a clay shoot; gun dog scurry, a car boot and children's rides. There wil also be refreshement, a real ale bar and entertainment.
Entrance is £2 per adult. Under 16s are free.

Wild About the Wensum
Sat 16th May 2009
Pensthorpe Nature Reserve, is hosting the third ‘Wild About The Wensum’ day on Saturday May 16th from 10am to 5pm.
It will be opened by CBeebies’ star ‘Jelly’ from The Story Makers and Green Balloon Club.
There will be a variety of atttractions from mini beast exploration to guided walks, nature quizzes and treasure hunts. Events also include local craft demonstrations, mobile making, face painting, a bird radio tracking game, bird identification sessions with local experts and more. Music will be provided by folk band Rig a Jig Jig. There will also be a hog roast and barbecue.
Admission is free on the day, with a £4 car parking charge per vehicle.
The species being supported by this year’s event is the Barn Owl.
