We found that Charlie was getting really sore at night - it wasn't anything to do with his wee as he was totally dry, so it was the pull ups he was wearing. Tried another type of nappy pants and the soreness was nomore!

I emailed Huggies a few days ago and yesterday I received £16 vouchers in the post.
Great, but still no explanation?! I expected an email or something.

Do you think I should email again? or just take the vouchers?

Hmm.... seems a bit strange that they just send you vouchers with no apology or anything! As if you'd want to spend them on Huggies anyway if he is sore with them :? I'd email again I think :!:

Agree with others why would you want the vouchers? They need to explain what happened its not like you would use them again in case he had the same reaction

I wouldnt bother emailing them back, they've accepted their nappies were at fault by sending the vouchers. Stock up on wipes I say! x

I have emailed them again, stating I want to know whether it was a problem with the batch, and whether I would have the same problem should I buy anymore.

Lets see what they come back with.
