i thought it was fantastic and im going to make the hops pillow to help my mum get some decent sleep

wel when i saw it advertised i thought god whats this
but it was really good
he showed how to make your own remedies from veg and fruit u can grow yourself
the pillow is made from hops and lavendar..thats it and muslim and he said it works and showed two people that had used it and they thought it was great
my mum isnt sleeping very well atm and im a bit worried about her so im determined to make one for her!!ill try anything
he also made throat lozenges and face pack from papaya and kiwi!!!

the face pack looked lovely it was made with papaya,kiwis and a gelling agaent and thats it..heated up on the coker then cooled down and slapped on ya mush!!!!

its on next week too
wonder what they will be making/growing!!!
