Now as my baby is very nearly 3 years old, i really do need to loose the excess weight (I can't keep saying it is baby weight), I have tried eating smaller portions, not buying little treats(but give in when the kids ask) even given the Wii fit a whirl but to no avail. Having read about Slimavite through TBW I think this maybe the plan for me. I just want to feel good about my self again so ladies fingers crossed.... Claire |
