Had my order delivered earlier and half of it is missing1 I rang their customer services was told well call the store now and get them to redeliver the missing items.

Anyway I just rang the store to see when it will be coming they hadnt got the message and basically accused me of lieing and said the store manager would need to investiagte it! Apparently all orders are checked before leaving the store and again on the van so they cant see where my orders gone!

Now I know things go missing I had 2 bags of someone elses order delivered to me a few months ago and just after xmas parts of my order was delivered to another customer

See this puts me off on-line shopping. Do you think they'll sort it out for you hun? Laura will probably post on here later-she had an awful time with her order from asda-they don't seem too good with there deliveries. Will you complain? I would-who check's them????? Clearly not the same person who saw your list [smilie=2guns.gif]

Keep at them, they are obviously in the wrong. If it has been ticked off that the items were delivered to you, then they do need to investigate it and retrace through everything. There funny like that, I work for them and trust me they let nothing go that they dont think they should.

Keep complaining though, will make them listen more.

that is bad - i would ring the customer services again and explain everything - tell them you want a refund for all missing items,
then dont use them again.

I have never used asda online, but i know tesco refund if you dnt receive or receive bad stuff.

I had a similar experience with Asda, I had 13 items delivered out of 50, rang customer service had to manually go thru each item what i had received, what was outstanding, then waited for the store manager to ring me, he didnt and apparently never received message to phone me, he refunded me total delivery costs and let me keep the 13 items for my inconvenience.

*waves at mummabear*

I really hope they sort it out, asda are still resolving and issue ive had,
Basically they removed £95 and £76 in one week, the weekend after my weekly shop, claiming id had three shops!
I had to visit the store they deliver to us from, and get copy's of my last shop and the rotas of the days i apparently received the 2nd and 3rd shops and get bank statements to fax to them.
It took well over a week for the £95 to be returned and watchdog are currently chasing the remainder!

Ive not shopped online since as i was charged £15 daily and a £32 one off charge for each shop by my bank as i had no funds!!
And the amount it cost me in phone calls is unreal!

i got everything other than my joint, they sent me 2 chops instead! obviously cheaper but i was charged for the joint so i rang back to complain and was promised a call back in the morning . . i really beleive they will ring me
