I know you'll have a few envelopes to deliver, but hurry up anyway!
Elijah is getting her exam results today. If she'd got them sent by text she'd have had them yesterday (yet another examination board cock up!) but she never registered her number, I knew I should have registered mine instead . So we sit here in the traditional way of patiently (ha) waiting for the postman!

Wee posties all over Scotland are laiden today - just as the town fills with kids for b***** children's games. Cant get car in and out off my street as they all staying in St Andrews and St Brides High School (behind me). Town centre was full of them as well. And flamming Dollan and John Wrights (only 2 gyms in EK) are completely shut off to the public - why on earth am I paying almost £50 a month to NOT be allowed to use the gym???????
Good luck Elijah!
xx

Soz girls, been hectic over the weekend here!
Well results came and she got a 2 in her Biology, which came as a total shock, she wasn't expecting that at all (missed out half the questions on the credit paper!), an A in Spanish and 3s in all her other subjects. Not fantastic news as she needed 1s or 2s to be able to do the Highers. She wants to do Higher Drama & Geography, so we're going to see what the school sent to the SQA as predictions and if they predicted 2s we're going to appeal and see if she can get upgraded, but it'll be a waiting game.
She is now able to do Higher Biology, but doesn't want to, so her timetable will have to change as she had opted to do Intermediate 2 Biology in 5th year, but there is no point in that now!
I know this is all probably mumbo jumbo to most of you, that's the Scottish system for you

Can you not do highers any more with 3s? I know it was a looooooooooooong time ago but i did highers with 3s in maths and biology.
Hope she gets the appeal though.
And well done for the results Elijah
xx
