callum managed to break our safety gate and the metal pole snapped leavin a very dangerous sharp edge.
i emailed Lindam and they emailed back saying i could choose any gate off their website and they would collect the broken one to look at.

very pleased with the customer service :D

i chose the wooden one this time,it is up now...feels and looks sturdier so hopefully will be tough enough to stand up to supercallums strength!! :lol:
