Hi Ladies,

I just thought I would let you know about my experience at a local pram shop to me.

I bought an i-candy cherry pram with a maxi-cosi car seat last year. It arrive in august/sept time and I had my baby on 5th September 2007.

The wheel fell off twice and the buggy part of the pram would not clip in properly, so I took it back to the shop. I explained all of this and they gave me a loan chassis pram and off I went. However, the buggy part would not clip into their chassis either. I had been waiting to get my pram back as it had been sent back to the manufacture to see if they could fix it. I explained that the buggy would not fit into their chassis and they took all of the covers off the buggy and gave me back a brand new frame.

I am still waiting for the new chassis and I hope to not be charged, as it should be under a 12 month warranty.

What I have omitted to say so far is that I LOST my receipt and they still did all of this for me. Can you imagine trying that in Mothercare ??? Bear in mind we bought the pram with cash and picked it up over 6 mths ago !!!!!

I just wanted to let all you Mum's in the south know about my experience as I cannot highly recommend a shop like this again. They were well within their rights to tell me to get lost but they didn't. They were very helpful and very understanding !!
