My little girl is almost one and im struggling to get her to eat much and when she does its only jarred food (hipp of course ) im not a very good cook lol so when i weaned her i just thought it would be better to keep her on jars so i knew she was getting everything she needed but now she will pretty much only eat the veg ones an no meat ones except ham. i really want to try getting her on to proper adult food that shes allowed but she just refuses point plank to try any any tips????

Thank you in advance

try some finger food first - bread crusts, breadsticks, peas, corn etc. Let her play with these, but see you eating it too. Some might make it's way to her mouth :)
Also try making what you are eating, and blending it a little, and then let her eat that. I'm an awful cook also, but as long as you cook the food properly it will be fine. Also by blending it a little, it isn't always as smooth as a jar.
Good luck
xx

What Fee says lol

Lewis loved finger foods, breadsticks, toast, cubes of cheese just things like that. He also enjoyed the little crisps you get (cannot think of the name for love nor money lol) you can get sweetcorn hoops and carrot flavoured ones. There quite good.

Good luck :D

See if she'll take stuff from your plate. All my lot were great at 'pinching' food from my dinner plate, even if they didn't eat from their own. Apparently I was the exact same when I was little!!
