Hi, does anyone use a treadmill or weight training for weight loss? I have got a treadmill and hubby just got a multi gym but i dont know what i should be doing and how much. I started running (jogging+sprinting) 2 miles on the treadmill a day, should i be running more?? And any advice on using a multi gym?
