Most of us will end up putting weight on over the Christmas & New Year period but it's always useful to bear certain things in mind when you're eating if you want to keep your weight in check.
It would be great if you could post your Tips for Losing Weight Here in this thread. No doubt, lots of us will start Healthy Eating Regimes in 2012, so we will have some great advice to help us if we have a whole thread full of advice ready & waiting!

My Tip is to try and eat more slowly! Food takes anything up to 30 mins to reach your stomach so if you eat too fast you won't realise you're full until it's too late!

Don't eat!! Oh you mean a serious tip? If you feel hungry nowhere near a meal time have a glass of water, dehydration can be confused with hunger, so if your still hungry after drinking the water grab an apple or something (not anything from the left over Christmas goodies!)
